Veterans Listening Session

VA will continue a series of quarterly Veterans Town Halls are designed to allow feedback from Veterans, family members and other stakeholders.

Veteran Town Hall meetings will be held quarterly and offered at different times and locations to accommodate as many people as possible. We welcome input from Congressional stakeholders, Veterans service organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other community partners.

The VA welcomes frank and open discussion of Veteran's concerns in all VA program areas. VA representatives will be on hand to assist Veterans personally after the Town Hall with questions or issues related to their individual claims. The meeting is open to members of the public, including Congressional stakeholders, Veterans Service Organizations, state and local government and non-governmental organizations, and other community partners.


The Alaska VA Healthcare System recognizes that not everyone can attend the Veterans Town Hall due to geographic location. Teleconference lines have been created to ensure that no matter where in Alaska, Veterans have an opportunity to participate in the sessions.
